I recently purchased a Ford Focus from your garage and am just writing to express my sincere thanks to your staff for the help I recieved  in purchasing the car but also all for the help that I recieved when I realised thay I had left all of my belongings on the train,your driver was excellent in managing to contact the train station at Swindon and then giving me a lift there and back so as I could pay for my new car. At the time is wasn`t much fun, but looking back now it was probably the most enjoyable time I have ever had when spending money! Your staff were brilliant and we all had a good laugh once I had returned with my belongings.
